30th Street

It’s right on 30th so very close to campus, large living room area and kitchen, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms as well, already furnished a lot in the living room and kitchen, and neighbors are very friendly. the bills not included are an excel energy bill and an xfinity wifi bill. everything else is covered.

I’ll be a graduate student next semester, since it’s a 2 bedroom it’s just me looking for another roommate. I prefer someone who is clean regarding shared spaces, I tend to stay up a bit late but I’m not super loud
