About the room
We have an empty master bedroom with a walk in closet, your own shower and double sinks! A large kitchen and living space as well with a decent sized balcony. Lots of amenities such as central AC/heating, in-unit washer/dryer- dishwasher, microwave, fridge and lots of cabinet space!
They have package services, pool, hot tub, lazy river, gym, game room and a local spot to eat and grab coffee/drinks at! We are just several minutes from Park Circle and the main highway that links to downtown Charleston!
We need a couple ASAP to apply and be put on the lease for the remainder of it as we cannot afford the rent without two extra people! Rent is $500 PER PERSON- (not including electricity and Wi-Fi)
About the roomies
I’m 31 and my roommates 23 we are fun loving people who’ve been best friends since 2021. We love anime, having a good time and bringing positive vibes. We do drink but no hard drugs please! I have a cat her name is Kiwi and she is my ESA. She is very sweet and skittish!
