Partially furnished including queen bed frame and mattress, dresser, and large closet with a shelf and two hanging rods; simple floor rug and wastebin. Bathroom has a full shower and tub, sizeable vanity with two large drawers, undersink cabinet space, and decent counter space. Additional cabinet with a few shelves on the wall good for towels and such. Dehumidifier and space heater belong to the space.

Nice open kitchen/dining/living room on the main floor with washer/dryer. Stainless steel appliances including gas oven and microwave, faux marble countertops and nice cabinetry. Living room has a full couch, loveseat couch, and chair with an end table, coffeetable, and TV stand.

Free, nonpermit street parking, back porch accessed from the private bed/bath space, and upstairs back patio from the kitchen. Relatively quiet neighborhood at the north edge of Fort Hill.

2 other bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, currently occupied by 2 guys each ~26 years old (one is a PhD student, other works from home), both very friendly and chill, I’ve had a great experience with them and knew neither before moving in. One of them has a cat as well.
