31 year old female that recently moved here from WI. I have a medium size dog and a very friendly cat. I have spent most of my career in tech but am looking to move into a new industry so would like to rent out my second bedroom to assist in that transition. I enjoy cooking, reading, paddle boarding, fishing, game nights, craft beer, and BJJ. I occasionally have friends over to play games or have dinner but also often socialize outside of the house. My boyfriend usually comes over a few nights a week and spends the night on the weekends. I tend to stay up until midnight and get up around 9am (this might change with a new job). Its not unusual for me to have music or TV playing when I cook or do chores around the house. I appreciate keeping the house tidy and am respectful of shared living spaces. I am not uptight about cleanliness and don’t mind a dish in the sink for the day etc., life can be busy. My dog likes to spend most of her time in the yard on a lead and the cat naps during the day. I’m hoping to find a compatible roommate that’s chill, friendly, and respectful. Bonus if we can be friends but not necessary.
