Ahava's room

.5 acres. Lot’s of garden space. Lots of hill space. Just bought it 2 years ago, so yard work assistance is welcome, but not necessary. Gas stove, Heat and water. No central air, willing to help provide for a window unit. Back porch with lounge area, and little grill. The room is aprox 10x12sqft with a nice tall ceiling, and sizable walk in closet. Bathroom is shared with my other roommate. Washer and dryer available.

I do my best to do a good thorough cleaning once a week, though during the week dishes a good sweep, litter box, and trash get done as needed. Heath(45) and I(33)are both Veterans. He’s AF, I’m Navy. We’ve got a pretty hardy sense of humor. We’re a little nerdy, so table top games will happen from time to time. Heath is an avid fan of anime. I’m of the Jewish Faith, and Heath isn’t religious. I’m Vegan, and he’s a bit of a Carnivore so all diets welcome. We’re both generally quiet most of the time. I have two old cats, so a minimum of one cat would be welcome, or small dog and it would depend on how well they get along. They can be cranky. Small caged animals, and Fish tanks welcome.
