O'farrell Street

My roommate is moving and I am looking for a new roommate to fill their room in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The apartment complex is called Trinity Towers (888 OFarrell St San Francisco, CA 94109 United States) and it is right off Polk Street. Super close to a ton of bars and restaurants, a 24 hour fitness, and the BART. Building amenities include 24 hour security, mailroom, pool and hot tub, gym, on site laundry, and a roof/patio. Your bedroom and bathroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment and kitchen is fully furnished. For questions, a video walkthrough, or more pictures please don’t hesitate to reach out!

The rent for this room is $1,400 a month and utilities have come out to be under $100. The lease is until next August and I would love to have someone who could move in around December/January. I am a 23 year old working professional that moved to the city a few months ago for a job. I love going for walks exploring new areas of the city, playing on my coed soccer team, thrifting, and trying fun bars on weekends! Ideally I would love to be friends with my roommate, but most importantly I want someone who is clean and respectful of our shared space.
