Bedroom with shared bathroom is available for $800 per month.

All utilities and WiFi will be included as well as small appliances (air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, etc.) Washer and dryer available for use. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. House is also furnished complete with beds, couches and a TV in the living room. BBQ grill is also available to use in the backyard.

Area is very quiet and just 10 minutes away from Costco, Target, Best Buy and many others.
