In addition to rent, W/S/G is split 3-ways, and is calculated in after the property management company receives the bill. Each roommate pays their own rent & W/S/G online and has access to the full account ledger. (For reference, November W/S/G was $82.55). Your lease would start on 12/1/2022 and end on 07/31/2023, unless you choose to renew. Electricity changes each month and is split 3-ways. The Seattle City Light account is will be in one roommate’s name and is paid directly to her when the bill comes in. Has ranged from $30-100(winter)per person in the past. Internet is approx. $15 per person (again, its split 3 ways and payable to one of the existing roommates)December rent is paid through the 15th. Looking for someone to sign the lease ASAP. Full size washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Each room has its own heater, and a pretty decent-sized closet. I do not know the exact measurements of the room but I was able to fit: Full-sized bed, desk, 3 bookcases (one was in my closet), bean bag chair. This room shares a bathroom with one other roommate (and the 3rd roommate has her own bathroom)

Two pretty cool women, a small, wiggly dog, and a quirky cat. Roommate 1:     •Works from home, but since there isn’t an office she uses the kitchen/living room for meetings sometimes     •Loves to cook/bake and the apartment smells really good a lot of time! She made a cake for her friends dog and it was so cool!     •Very active, adventurous and likes to travel     • Kettie is a quirky cat that likes to exist in the same space as you but doesn’t need to be in your face. She enjoys sun-bathing, cat grass and judging you when you wake her up from her sun-bathing. She loves a good game of tug-o-war with her string at night if you happen to wake up to grab a glass of water! Roommate 2:     •Works 9-5     •Creative, very nice and has really cool interest/likes to try new activities     •BB-8 is a sweet chug (chihuahua/pug) who will brighten your day with her silly antics and charm. She gets so excited when everyone is home and makes her rounds for pets. In the morning if she catches you in the hallway she will prance up to you to say good morning! If you need a good laugh or a cuddle buddy, BB-8 is your girl!
