Isabella's room

I have a room for rent. THE HOUSE Up for rent is a beautiful large bedroom on the first floor of the this 3 bed/2 bath Townhome in West Side Costa Mesa. It is a large 12×12 room with a walk in closet attached to a private bath. closet. Conveniently located between Triangle Square, the beach, and the back bay.

We have lots of board games, Reverse Osmosis filtration system for fresh water. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes needed that we share.. Other sweet amenities including a grill, pool, gym and a patio that overlooks a massive front yard lined with large trees that create a cool microclimate. And we’re about a 15-minute walk from the ocean! You’re just a short distance from all the restaurants and venues in the downtown Costa Mesa area (like Sidecar Donuts, The Wayfarer, Casa, Triangle Square, 24 Hour Fitness, etc) We also have a Trader Joes, Mothers, Sprouts, Ralphs, Vons, Smart and Final, and 4 other grocery stores all within a mile!

ROOM SPECIFICS

• Agreement: 6 months then month to month
• Move-in: February 1st ,2024
• Rent: $1400 a month (paid to me via Zelle on the last day of each month)
• Deposit: $1400 (due at move-in) First + last + deposit = 4200 needed to begin. -Space: Bedroom: 12x12 sqft with an additional walk in closet space attached to the ensuite Bath: You have a private bathroom attached to your bedroom. Parking: There is a large private parking lot in the back of the complex as well as street parking. Utilities: We pay for gas, electricity, internet, water, and cleaning lady.

Isabella ( Me) I am a 22 year old student currently studying to be chiropractor to work with mother’s and infants. I’ve lived in Costa Mesa for about two years now and moved here from Costa Rica where my mother runs a holistic retreat center. Outside of school I work two jobs, as a nanny specifically working with infants, and in a high end deli making sandwiches.
I am good-natured, fun-loving, and easy-going. I work a lot between twojobs and school. However, in my free time I like playing video and board games ( I love collecting them so we have a large variety), enjoy music of all kinds, working out, eating clean, movies, philosophy, sports in general but football and wrestling are my favorites, basketball, dogs, mindfulness, 420, being creative in art and cooking, and is just all about the good vibes. Our living room is equipped with a large I think 65inch television that has a super Nintendo emulator, Atari emulator, and a Chromecast to watch whatever you want on there. I’d like to say I don’t go out much but as I’ve gotten more into my twenties Ive gone out more personally I go out to a festival once every month or two and probably go out to a concert two or three times a month. But I’m not one to bring the party home. I’m not into drama in the slightest and very much seek the same in you. I am a very big believer in positive energy and karma, currently have a positive, safe, happy space and I’m only looking for someone who seeks the same.

Jordan ( second roommate) Jordan she’s has been living with us for about 2 months now so we’re still getting to know each other but she’s a 23 year old neurobiology researcher at uci. she’s easy-going, open-minded, responsible, and respectful. Shes fairly introverted, but I loves talking with people and I’m hopes to make some like-minded friends in the area. Outside of work, her main interests are martial arts (boxing and muay thai, shes planning to compete soon), art, music (she has a pretty eclectic taste which I think is awesome, and she loves listening to music from different cultures), she loves nature, and hanging out with her dog tho he stays with her parents in Pasadena. She isnt home super very often as she works a lot, and when shes not working she is at the gym or going home to Pasadena on the weekends to be with her parents and dog.
