You have your own large private bedroom with a walk-in closet, as well as your own private bathroom with plenty of storage space and a combo shower/bath tub located on the second floor of the building. Your room comes with a fan and will soon have new premium laminate flooring that will be installed in early December. Please note that your furnishings will be moved by the installers so you won’t have to do any of the heavy lifting. Installation should only last a few days. The bedroom window overlooks a nice park area.

There is a shared living room that I’m currently furnishing, and a large wrap around deck with fans to sit outside and enjoy. The shared living space has a large TV, a dining table, and soon to have a comfy couch and barstools. Wi-fi and utilities included. Streaming for multiple services are available as well and we can work out how we’d like to share services/cost for those if you would like.

Water, electricity, and wifi are included in your rent. A $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded to you upon move out based on the condition the room and bathroom are left in. The security deposit is raised to $750 if moving in with a pet and is refundable upon move out based on the condition the room and bathroom are left in.

The condo comes with all new appliances including a washer and dryer inside the condo as well.

One cat or dog is welcome to join you as well as long as they are well-trained (house trained, no chewing or excessive barking) and get along with my dog. Cats must be declawed in their front paws. I have an 8 year old collie/ retriever mix named Rado (like Colorado.) He is very welcoming to all humans, cats, and dogs. Please note aggressive or untrained pets will not be accepted. Meeting between the pets is required prior to move-in to ensure that everyone will get along well :).

There is a pool onsite, and you will have your own parking permit next to the condo that allows you to park in reserved spaces. Valet trash pickup daily. There is also a park, outdoor seating and fire pit areas, a pool, and dog park on site. There is also a walking trail close to the property as well!

There is a coffee shop (Brew Coffee, Wine, and Beer) and restaurant (Nigel’s Good Food) that are a 2 minute walk from the condo. There is also a shopping center with a Lowe’s and plenty of restaurants that are a 10 minute walk from the property.

The property is located near another apartment complex with many 25-40 year olds living in the complex, and they regularly host community events.

You are 15-20 minutes from the airport, 20-25 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Daniel Island, and 10 minutes from Park Circle.

Looking for someone to sign a 6 month lease minimum which can be extended upon completion of the lease.

Hello! My name is Brandon Kenney and I am somewhat new to the Charleston area. I coordinate blood drives for the American Red Cross for Charleston and the Lowcountry. I am a 6’6, easy going and personable white male who enjoys meeting and socializing with others, but also doesn’t mind a quiet night in.

I have an 8 year old medium-sized dog named Colorado who is house trained, does not chew, absolutely LOVES people, and gets along well with other dogs and cats.

I work pretty extensively Monday through Friday.

On the weekends you can typically find me watching sports, playing basketball, going to the beach and taking Colorado on long walks/to dog parks. I’m also trying to get in the gym and play more golf as well.

I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, and will treat this condo like this is their own home that they want to keep in excellent condition. I am sober from alcohol and don’t mind if you enjoy alcoholic beverages, but no hard partiers please.

NO SMOKING will be allowed in the condo itself or on the deck. Also, please no couples. Significant others are welcome to visit and stay the night occasionally, but not for an extended period of time. This extends to friends and visitors as well.

All races, nationalities, religions, and sexual orientations are more than welcome! I promise to be accepting and welcoming of your personal space, boundaries, and beliefs and I expect the same from anyone I live with. This also extends to our furry friends.
