Available 3/1/24 or later (I’m flexible). It’s a 3 bd, 2 ba ~1300 sq ft Townhome. I really love this place. It’s just close enough to the beach to feel like I live at the beach (I walk/bike down to it 3-4 times a week), but it is also just far enough away to be out of the way of the summer crowds. It’s also perfectly located so I can quickly get on PCH to head to HB or CDM/LB, or to the 55/405.

There is a community pool (sorry no hot tub) directly in front of us. It is heated for about 9 months out of the year (except winter). and the community itself is generally very quiet.

Common areas like living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room are of course always open to use.

The (your) bathroom is somewhat private, while not attached to the available room, it is directly across from it.

It also comes with an attached garage parking space, with easy and comfortable access as well as some garage cabinet storage space. The 3rd space I keep a freezer, bikes, trash cans, toolboxes, and other such things.

For visitors, there is street parking which like most of Newport becomes a fight to get, but it’s doable. Also I have 1 guest parking pass for our reserved spots inside the complex.

We can either split the bills 50/50 or just make it easier and say +$100/mo. to rent (Includes Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, Internet) I’d also be happy to share my streaming service accounts, but I don’t have cable or satellite TV (Happy to add and split if you need). Also included with rent is a housekeeper that comes once a month that will clean everywhere. She’s been with me for about 6 years, and I trust her completely.

It says ‘Unfurnished’ in my ad, that is just referring to the room, the rest of the house has regular house stuff. ;)

Hello, I’m Carter, and I’m on the lookout for a new roommate. By day, I work as a Cloud Security Engineer (IT), which keeps me pretty occupied. I tend to be on the quieter side, but that doesn’t mean I’m not open to being friends with my future roommate.

Outside of work, I have a passion for photography, which often takes me to beautiful beaches or desert landscapes. When I’m not out taking pictures, I love to experiment in the kitchen or exploring new restaurants. On nice days, you might find me strolling along the beach, while on not-so-nice days, I’ll be cozied up at home watching movies.

One thing you can count on is a clean and tidy shared living space - it’s kind of my thing. So, you can rest assured that our shared spaces will be kept immaculate. 😊
