Hard rubber floor. Have your own private shower, sink, and toilet. Plenty of cabinet space and storage. All you need is a bed. Access to washer, dryer, fridge. Free wifi. Quiet. Fenced-in back yard. Park in my driveway. I can actually rent to two people if necessary. Second person would be extra $250. Text would be best. Then we could meet in person and you could look at the situation.
