Hello,

We just purchased our home in nice neighborhood 9 minutes from midtown/downtown Sacramento. We are looking for a nice respectable roommate to share our home with.

About the home:

It has a 1500 sq ft hanger that can be used as a living space. It has a kitchen/bathroom/sink/refrigerator and where we store our toys.

The home is 1400 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath. The room available is a regular size 11x11 room with regular sliding glass closet. With a shared bathroom. Room is somewhat furnished but can be empty in minutes.

I am a college student-full time. My fiancé is a super commuter and drives to the bay area mon-fri (occasional Sat) for work. We have a small chihuahua who is 11 years old and we keep her mostly outside. If she is rarely inside, she is not allowed in any rooms or on furniture. She has certain safe zones she is allowed and that is very limited. We have a gorgeous pool and a very large backyard that has fans and is partially shaded for nice lounging and relaxing outside.

We just recently bought the home and we are doing a bit of work and landscaping to the backyard as well as installing a sauna (infrared) that is a plus. Plus, we are building an outside kitchen/bar. We are on a little over a quarter acre. If I am leaving anything out, please ask.
