A few pieces of furniture Remain in the room that I will remove before you Move im The kitchen, dining room ,living room, sun room and backyard are all shared living space there is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use as well.

I am a 57 year old woman And I live with my 59 year old boyfriend we have 2 small dogs A one year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi And a 13 year old terrier mix And a cat they enter an exit through a pet door You will rarely see the cat. If you don’t like animals this probably would not be a very good fit for you. My boyfriend works weekdays During the daytime hours I am home most of the time and do take care of my 8 year old Grandson from time to time. We are pretty easy going And respectful And prefer that Any potential roommate Be that way too.Like no big loud parties no Falling down drunk and obnoxious Pretty standard stuff. I would prefer to have someone that is willing to stay for 6 months or longer But that is not set in stone.
