Room available in beautiful furnished East Tower Grove Home. House is fully renovated with new appliances. Warm, cozy and full of natural light with high ceilings on both floors. Features; a shared bathroom, street parking (always open), some basement storage and all utilities are included. Amenities; House Keeper come once a month, Wifi, Gas Stove, Microwave, Electric Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Heat and Air Large Family and Dining Room, Open Kitchen with bar/island, Wine Cooler and a beautiful back patio.

Room mate - (shared bath) male 25 year old professional. Extremely Clean and quiet. He works for a local sports team as an announcer.

Owner - 37 year old professional. Clean and quite. I run a business and loves to travel. Hobbies include, backpacking, working out, reading and playing music. (typically not in the house, I have a studio)
