Peaceful and friendly neighbourhood with access to communal fire pits, dock and ability to walk communal trails, fish and boat on lake. 15-20 Minute drive from downtown and folly beach. Grocery store, gas station, take out food options and local bar options all within a 2-10 minute drive of the house. We offer a private bedroom with a walk in closet and a private bathroom connected to the room. Freshly installed carpets upstairs, hardwood floors downstairs. Your bathroom has a new vanity, flooring and toilet installed.

About the housemates: Couple expecting our first child together at the end of this month. As a result, we offer a lower rental amount with utilities included. If having a kid may disrupt your lifestyle, we strongly advise you not to apply. We are extremely clean and peaceful individuals, respect personal space and privacy; we look for the same qualities in our potential roommate. Both Covid Vaccinated and boostered, non religious, non political. We ask no additional pets due to renovation. We have one black lab, 1 years old. Quiet and extremely well trained (both potty and behavioural). Both work in Clinical/Surgical Ophthalmology however I will be home on maternity leave, finishing final semester of degree at COFC.
