We have a very nice and quiet large bedroom and large closet for weekly short term. The resort is gated quiet and secure Looking for someone who is responsible, non smoker, non alcoholic or non drug user, enjoys quiet and peacefulness and prefers a safe and clean environment. After meeting in person and mutually decided to move in: $860 per month (month to month) $300 refundable security deposit.
All utilities including WiFi included No other fees Only 4 miles to CSUN No Pets please We are professional, working and very quiet. This is a very peaceful environment.
