Unfurnished bedroom in 3rd floor walk up. Gated community. Male preferred. Space available for a single professional who works outside the home, travels regularly for work and /or works overnight. No pets due to allergies. Must be a responsible individual who pays on time. No overnight guests. 1 guest at any given time. No parties. You will be required to own a renter’s insurance policy to protect your belongings from damages and /or natural disasters. Guaranteed peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Shared common areas. Cleanliness is important. Non-smokers please. Long term rental. Minimum of 1 year lease. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.

Residence is 25 mins away from Disney and Universal Studios. Proximity to major transportation networks, employment, entertainment, shopping and recreational opportunities. Individual will be subject to a background check, per the HOA community’s rules and regulations. Application fee to apply, paid to the HOA.

There is one room occupied by a male. I am based out of state for work and barely around; I visit and occasionally. The male will be your day-to-day roommate. He is a blue collar professional; he works outside the home. We’re friendly, outgoing, laid back and private individuals.
