Priority will be given to fellow students in the Sarasota area, people of color, those who are LGBT+, or also neurodivergent! Cannabis friendly is a must :)

Asking price for this room is about $825 a month, including utilities!

Hi! I’m Javi and my partner Lee and I are a queer neurodivergent couple. We keep an organized and sensory friendly home. We would love to actively be friends with whoever moves in with us, but it’s not like required lol. We do cook a lot, so expect us to be in the shared living space often. We have a 6 y/o cat named Mitski who is very chatty and kind :)
