Amelia's room

Single family home in Chino Hills. The room comes furnished with a double bed, (bed linens are provided ) desk, chair, nightstand and lamp, or a chest of drawers. This is a room/ houseshare. You will have kitchen and laundry facilities available to you. Water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, wifi and a designated driveway parking space for one car are all included in the monthly rent price. You will share a bathroom with one other person.

There are two roomates residing here at this time, one female, one male. We get along extremely well. The atmosphere in the home is amazing and enjoyable. We would like to welcome another roomate that would be a good fit. We don’t smoke, drink excessively, or do drugs and we don’t throw wild parties. Once in a while, we might have an impromptu meal if one of us has cooked something on our day off work and wants to share. Overall, It’s pretty chill.
