Hello! I will have a large, well lit, private, partially furnished room and shared bathroom available beginning August 2nd. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and an available parking spot.

**PLEASE NOTE: If another day in August works better for you, I am open to discussing another move date in August as well. If much later in August works best, or you are looking for a Sept. 1st move-in date, please reach out to me and I would be happy to discuss options for a later move date as well.

I am looking for one person to rent this private room and shared full bathroom in my three bedroom, two bath comfortable condo. As mentioned above, there is washer and dryer available in the unit (not coin operated) and a dedicated non tandem parking spot in the garage as well.

About the condo: Condo is furnished, private room is partially furnished with a double size mattress and bedframe as well as mulitple storage stands with storage drawers, a small table lamp and another cute metal storage stand. The renter is welcome to bring in their own needed additional bedroom furnishings.

This condo building is generally quiet and the room within the condo is in a quiet area, as it is located away from the center walkways of the building and there are no shared walls with other units in the building.

Located just below the Burbank Hills in Burbank, CA, with beautiful rooftop vistas of the city and surrounding hills, close proximity to major TV and movie studios, Wildwood Canyon Park, Henderson Canyon Open Space, the Verdugo Mountains Open Space Preserve, Brand Park and other local parks and hiking trails. Several schools and the Metrolink are nearby as well as many nice restaurants, including dining in the Burbank Hills with views of the Burbank city skyline and L.A. beyond. There are three movie theaters within walking distance, as well as coffee shops and grocery stores including: Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Sprouts, Vons and Albertsons. The walkability score for this location is 81/100 (very walkable.) :) There is also easy freeway access. Shopping areas are mere blocks away and Hollywood within a 20 min. drive.

Kitchen facilities available for use as well as washer/ dryer in unit, wifi access, central air/ heat, personal parking space (not tandem) in gated, subterranean parking garage and gated, secure front entrance. Unit is on the top floor so no one is living above and there is an elevator on the premises. Includes detached shared full bathroom immediately next to the bedroom. Bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Condo is one level, spacious and well lit in a quiet, secured building. Work-out room, courtyard style building layout and community meeting room on the building premises. A community bike room is located in the building as well. The private room has a large 12 ft. long closet along the full length of one wall with three full length, sliding mirrored closet doors. The interior of the closet has additional shelf storage space as well. Stunning sunset views can be seen in the evenings through the large west facing bedroom window.

The lease is month-to-month. Must have good credit and stable income. Will run credit check.

About me: I am quiet, non-smoking, no drugs and enjoy writing, hanging out with friends, watching movies, and playing the ukulele. I love to bake treats and try out new recipes. I’m a low-key individual looking to keep the living environment calm, clean, comfortable, conflict-free and a warm and welcoming place for each of us living here. Having friends over from time to time is nice, but always with advance notice. Prefer no “4th roommate” due to shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room please. I am hoping for another female to share my condo and looking for a housemate who is clean, especially in all shared areas including the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and laundry area; respectful of others’ time, space and belongings and all furnishings, honest and responsible in paying all bills on time. No smoking/ vaping of any kind, no drugs. Someone who has a good sense of humor and some conversation from time to time would be great, since we’ll all be living under the same roof!
