There is a deck, shaded patio, large, kitchen, Dining room. Bathroom/Shower is shared. Both Rooms is 16x14 with big double door closets. Each room is furnished with a new queen size bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, 45“ TV, desk, desk chair. The Green BR is part of a Mother in Law suite, lower level, has a Private Powder Room and a Kitchenette w Fridge and Microwave (see pics) & rents for $1000. Shower is shared. Gray BR, upper level, is 16x14, rent is $925 & is furnished BR only with house share and shared shower. No fridge, mic or private powder room. Washer and dryer on site. No onsite storage. The rent includes ALL utilities w WIFI, trash, off street parking, security system. Cool neighbors, upscale neighborhood. Golf course view on 9th hole. Geese + Deer sightings no extra charge… There is a large breed dog (pit terrier) onsite. He is goofy + happy. NO other pets. NO smoking. Medical Weed OK, w script but smoke outside, pls.
