Large spacious PARTITIONED room in 2 bedroom apartment in west La. Washer/dryer in unit. Full access to kitchen and appliances, shared bathroom with one other female. Free street parking in front of building. 5 minute walking distance to expo line and bus stop. 10 minutes from Santa Monica pier. We’re 2 female creatives looking for a third to move in. We have one cat, but I normally keep him in my room. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is honest, responsible and open communicator. Also there are no pets allowed in this space. Thank you!
