Short walking distance from downtown. Apartment building is rather quiet. In unit w/d, dishwasher and air conditioning. Water is included. Rent is $1,060 but you’d be paying ($512.50). I have a cat who is very sweet and shy but does not like other animals so no pets. NO drug use of any kind. Smoking Cigarettes will be done outside. Little to no drinking please. Horrible experiences with past alcoholic roommates.
