Bancroft Avenue

Looking for a roomate because because my sister is moving out. The room has Some of her old furniture including, bed, dresser and carpet. You can bring your own furniture if you like and I can empty the room and have it clean for you By time you move in (your preference) just let know when you contact me. The room has its own private secluded bathroom that you do not have to share at all. This location is great which is why my rent is so expensive; everything you need it within walking distance from target, to movie theatre and grocery shopping. Smoke shop and liquors store very close along with laundry mat, although there is laundry machine on property. I’m just asking for first month rent and a responsible person to move in. Not strict on guest or partying, just please respect me , pay rent on time and clean up after yourself. Rent is not due until you move in. Thank you!

I’m always gone, Either working , gym training or in Sacramento . My kids live in Sacramento so I may leave for days every week. My Roomate works at a cannibus club , very chill plays video games and keeps to himself. FaceTime us or meet at the house for a meeting and view of the place.
