Nestor's room

•Fully furnished room with 70“ tv, king bed and private bathroom, all bills included Wi-Fi included as well. Washer and dryer privileges, also has a shared living room included with private entrance, there will be a refrigerator in the room as seen in the pictures

•room is for a single person with a child, or couples can be considered. No overnight guests allowed, but can have a small party until 2am (Friday, Saturday)

•6 month lease after it’s month to month, I do require verified income, paystubs or bank statements (2 months)

I am a single dad living in the house with my son, parents and female cousin. I also have 4 chihuahuas but they will not be in the way since the rental room has its own entrance.
