Lexi's room

This is an unfurnished room with everything included. It’s a renovated house off of 22nd ave S and all hard wood floors. We have another spare room and have friends in town or guests sometimes so you’d have to be comfortable with that (you’re also welcome to have guests sometimes). Also there is one bathroom so it would be shared and there’s a driveway and street parking. Hopefully looking to resign the lease with us as our current roommate is moving away(12 month). :) The deposit is 395, but it’s a refundable deposit if the house is in good shape at the end of the lease.

You would be living with me and my boyfriend as well as one dog and one cat. We work in the restaurant industry full time and I go to school so we’re not always home. One more pet may be negotiable, but pets do have to be on the lease and there’s unfortunately a $500 pet deposit. We’re in our 20s really laid back, like to go out on the weekends. We’re looking for someone that’s clean, employed, and dependable, I do a lot of cleaning and things like that but contributing to some cleaning and small necessities around the house is a must. No cigarettes but 420 and alcohol friendly. No couples please. If you’re interested in meeting up and discussing please let me know!
