Carolina's room

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a person to rent our unfurnished third bedroom. We live in a nice townhome in central Fort Collins and our current lease ends in May 2023. You will have your own bed and bath! I attached photos of the main parts of the house (I used the listing photos we saw when we were looking for a place). Your room and bathroom will be on the top floor along with me, and Jenny (other roommate) has the bottom floor. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is nicely remodeled. There are two cats and one dog in the house, so sorry- no more pets! Utilities are usually $100 on top of rent.

I am 28 years-old and am a middle school Social Studies teacher! I went to CSU and was lucky enough to stay in Fort Collins. I have a dog (Roxy, 50 lbs) and a cat (Louie). I enjoy traveling, craft beer/breweries, going to concerts, and cooking.

Jenny (my roommate) is 28 as well. She is a college student and has lived in Fort Collins for a year. She has a cat named Milo and enjoys traveling, cooking, and hiking!

We are 420 friendly, but no smoking of any kind in the house please. We are both clean in common spaces and would like the same in a roommate. We are very punctual with bills and all are split three ways.
