Share of the downstairs area, which includes a comfortable living room and a big bright fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, dishes, pans, and cutlery provided. Backyard with patio and patio furniture available for your use. There is plenty of on-street parking and a driveway that fits multiple vehicles but is first come first serve.

The house is located in the nice Colonial Heights neighborhood. Within walking distance of Northside Park, a McDonald’s, and Coaster’s Coffee Shop. Plus a fast and easy drive to the Oceanview Beach area. Easy access to I-64 and close to the shopping center off of Tidewater and Little Creek. Located near Gate 22 at Naval Station Norfolk and a 20 min drive from Little Creek Base.

The house is shared with 4 male roommates. They are all in the Navy with the exception of one who is a student. There is a cat in the house, but she is quiet and barely even seen. This room would be perfect for Military personnel, students, or young professionals.

Utilities (Water, Electricity, and Internet) are split equally among all who live in the house.
