I just bought a new house in Graham. It is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. I am looking for a friendly, clean, and dog-loving roommate! ❤️ Master bedroom is downstairs, so you would be living upstairs where there are two bedrooms and essentially two large lofts. I have multiple dogs, so I am looking for someone that loves dogs and doesn’t mind them. They stay downstairs. Rent + utility expenses is much less than half of my mortgage because I have dogs. I show them and do other fun activities with them 🥰 All bills included: internet, electricity, gas and water. Fully fenced yard. Twin bed and couch upstairs all to yourself. Full bath upstairs also.
