Available late December-March (temporary). Move-in date is flexible (I can leave earlier) & price/deposit is negotiable.

Basement apartment in a house with 3 other ladies upstairs. There is a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Parking is directly in front of the house.

I will be leaving for a couple of months and am looking for someone to take over the space temporarily. All major furniture will be available for you to use.

Looking to meet the potential tenants by mid-December.

There is a second story, first story and basement. The three rooms on the second story are occupied by three ladies. We all get along really well and everyone is respectful, clean and friendly! The first story is open for anyone to hang out and relax. The basement is private and will only need to be shared when the ladies do laundry (they always text as a heads-up to make sure it’s okay first).
