Renting a private room & private bathroom located in Saratoga Springs right on the boarder of Lehi!

Our roommate is moving out due to a job change. It’s a 3 bed x 2 bath, but we’re only wanting to rent to one tenant! Super updated, built in 2017, and very close to all Saratoga shopping.

$875 rent & HOA. Can discuss price 1/3 of utilities -Wanting someone to be moved in between December 1st and December 15th (can negotiate move in) -Brand new washer + Dryer in space -Must like cats! We have two sweet kitties, no pets allowed by tenant -unfurnished -HOA fee includes access to clubhouse, seasonal pool, and gym -$500 deposit, refundable after end of lease if nothing is damaged in home by tenant -Access to outside storage closet & can store some things in spare room! -Internet included -preferably female open to male -preferably a student or someone working full time -Room + Bathroom is on other side of condo for more privacy

I am non-LDS and my fiancé is affiliated with the church, we are a super laid back couple we just ask that you respect our space! Just give us a heads up when you have friends over! 420 friendly just not on property. Idc about drinking as long as it’s not a habit

Taylor works full time and is an online student at UVU and I am a master esthetician/business owner so we’re both busy and not home often. We also both moved from out of state so we don’t have a lot of local friends, so people won’t be over often. Like stated above we do prefer someone with a similar lifestyle as us.

Most important thing is cleaning. We are not responsible for your mess as you’re not responsible for ours. You have to do your part in keeping shared spaces clean as well. We have a house rules/checklist in regards to cleaning policies. It’s not anything crazy, these are things that you should already be doing.

I usually make a Costco run for paper towel, toilet paper, detergents, cleaning supplies, etc. These are things we can split into thirds if you want as we did this with previous tenants. Plus I’ll let you use my Costco card for gas 😌
