I have a quaint tranquil home. I do have 2 dogs 2 Huskies they are not aggressive & are very well behaved & 2 cats they all hang out with me in my area not allowed on the other side roomies side of house (dogs are outside when they want to be as I have a large back yard) which is separate from the rest of the house well 1 cat does the other i barely see myself she is shy. Lol.( Having said I have 4 animals I can assure u my home does not smell like animals. My 2 dogs by they breed do not retain doggie odors & my litter box gets cleaned every morning & afternoon as I can’t stand these odors myself lol) no cats or dogs thru roomies. As i said My animals are well behaved they all live with the truth that no is a complete sentence. Lol I am easy going & no drama require the same. And I will respect ur space And must be neat & clean. Must have proof of rental history, proof of job drivers license & references.This is a great neighborhood. I’ve lived here since 2014 & no problems. I am bout 3 minutes from UTA Krogers, Tom Thumb & generally all the stores we all shop at lol. Just looking to pay my bills not make money off of roommates. . U must be clean & neat. There is a Roomies contract that will have more set agreements u will have to sign should u agree.There is more info should we talk. but if u want me to clean for u I am $25.00 an hour. My business is Homecleaning but I am mostly retired. Lol. I have room available with private bath furnished barh has towels & etc., it has a king bed in there it’s a bit big but was left here & is very clean. Memory foam. I had it cleaned, it’s a nice bed plus has 3 extra sets of sheets,a large in the wall closet with 2 little drawers underneath & a medium cubby hole on top . Side table with a drawer & bottom shelf & another side small table. Roll around medium table. There is a walk in pantry with fridge for roomies & a wash room. Private parking also.Having said that this room would probably be more suited for a man as bathroom is small. But a woman roomie is ok too. The room is to the South side of home so pretty quiet there. There cannot be any overnight guests friends or family.

I love to garden & pic & grin on my guitar. I am mostly retired so I am home alot. I do drink but not much. I’m very out going but a home body too. My home was built in 1960 & it is a really tranquil place. I have gardens nice size back yard & a relaxing patio. .Living with somebody else takes adjustment of course but I will not allow disrespect or invasion of privacy. . 😊😊😊. This is a older home but I think it is very Kool. Lol By the way I am only on Facebook none of the other social media’s I don’t know why Roomies put that on. there I did not. I have a male roomie on the other side of my hm. Very quiet & nice guy. Has been here going on 3 yrs. He is on the other side of home with private entrance.
