My name is Trevor. Currently looking for a roommate for the master bedroom in a 3 bed, 1 bathroom home. $1000/month for the room and 25% towards utilities. Use of living room, backyard, garage, and sun room is allowed, as needed for hanging out or if some additional storage is needed. Internet wifi available. Plenty of parking. I just ask everyone be as respectful as possible, trustworthiness, cleanliness, and communication. I have a dog and two cats. I only do month to month contracts which makes it easy if plans ever change and the need to move arrises. Quiet neighbhood with quick access to downtown and the outlets of Vacaville as well as the freeway. The house is pretty low key and drama free. I don’t mind if there are additional pets but that has to be discussed. If you’re interested, I look forward to hearing from you and speaking with you.

It will be just me until I find a roommate for this room or one for the other room. If interested in the other room it’s 900/month for that one since it’s a little smaller and won’t be available until mid-November.
