Private bedroom with shared bathroom. Rent includes power, water, cable, and internet. This is a 2400 sqft home with lots of natural wood trim, windows, and doors throughout. Very warm, comfortable, and homey, but if you’re looking for sleek and trendy finishes, this might not be your spot. Almost a half-acre lot backing to serene pond and golf course. Mango, coconut, avocado, starfruit, and key lime trees. A number of young people, both male and female, have lived here over the past five years. One lovely young lady even became my new daughter-in-law! Multiple shopping venues nearby, and only 10-15 minutes to downtown and the beaches. Awesome safe and beautiful neighborhood. You would, of course, have access to the kitchen, laundry, and all other common areas of the home. Month to month okay, no lease required.

Right now it’s me in the second bedroom, a 39 year old straight male roomie in the master suite, and my pupper. She’s an American Staff, sweetheart with people but not so much with other animals, so sorry, no pets. There’s a photo of her with my son if you click on the pictures section. Current roomie is a quality control supervisor at a medical manufacturing company near the Naples airport. I’m a straight male, 65, retired from the surgical equipment industry, and pretty much a homebody. Spend most of my days trading stocks, an occasional round of golf, fishing from the beach, and hitting the local farmer’s markets. Been told I’m “the best” cook, but that was by my eight year old grand-daughter. Kidding aside, I do hold my own in the kitchen and always enjoy welcoming others to the table. Like to think I’m young at heart, fairly cool, and a reasonable kind of guy. Just have a job and a car, don’t be a substance abuser, and don’t be high drama, dishonest or crazy, and we’ll get along just fine.
