This is a nearly new 4 bedroom 4 full bath home in the desirable Chiquita Grove neighborhood in Healdsburg. All the conveniences of modern living including a kitchen with Quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances. High ceilings, large closets, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer inside the home and I’m looking to rent of the bedrooms out with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony for $1300 per month. You will share the 4 bedroom house with two other individuals- I live alone and rent one bedroom to an intern. I use the 4th bedroom as my hobby room. All utility bills will be split three ways. Easy walk to parks, hiking trails, and Big John’s grocery store. I don’t smoke cigarettes but don’t mind if someone smokes outside only- I am a cannabis user (outdoors only) and am 420 friendly.

I’m a semi-retired handyman who lives by myself and am very safe and sane with good references. I will be staying in the primary bedroom and using one of the four bedrooms as my hobby room and am renting out one of the other bedrooms to an intern.
