Shot-Term Room available in Old Town. One spacious bathroom, W/D in unit, dishwasher and the usual. No need for lease agreement at move-in. About a block away from the waterfront. Also a pretty cool view of downtown and the west hills. The apartment is close to Union Station, so the sporadic train noise is a thing. I have a friend moving in sometime by the end of summer, so this is a month-to-month basis. You will get plenty of notice for when that is happening.

Super clean, nice and normal guy. I live here with my dog who is the sweetest pup around. My current roommate has to move due to a family emergency and I’m looking to fill his spot. The apartment is fully furnished, there’s also a nice queen bed and some available furniture in the spare room if needed. I have a very sweet old pup, but we are limited to one pet per household.
