Hi, This is a single room on a first floor apartment in the Alight Fayetteville complex. Utilities included, furnished room with a bed, desk, night stand, and dresser. Walk in closet and large bathroom. The living room is also furnished. There is an in-unit washer and dryer as well. There are two other tenets in the apartment but they are courteous and keep to themselves. The complex includes a clubhouse with a gym. In a good part of Fayetteville close to campus. The complex has a shuttle that goes directly to campus.

one roommate has a lease up in December and plans on moving out. The second roommate keeps to himself and is very clean.
