Ashley's room

Large, 3-level house The basement level goes largely unused. Bedroom, bath and living area in the basement (does have some child toys - can be flexible with space/furnishing requirements). It’s currently furnished, but own furniture also welcome. Quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac near PSO building. 2.5 miles from UNI campus. Fareway and Kwik Star .5 miles. Photos do not reflect current decor/furnishings/paint coloring.

Residents include one adult and one toddler resident, and two dogs (large and medium size). They spend most of their days outside.
