I’m looking for a reliable female who’s looking for an unfurnished room to rent. I own a split-level single-family home in Forest Hill, Maryland. I have a private bedroom and a full bathroom on the lower-level of my home that is available. The bedroom was freshly painted in September, and there’s also a separate entrance that can be used (a lower-level back door entrance in the laundry room).

Your rental fee will include the use of a private bedroom w a small closet, an extra closet in the shared common area, the washer & dryer in the lower-level laundry room (please supply your own detergent), use of a private full bathroom with a shower, bathroom sink/cabinet, toilet, the lower level living room space (if desired), trash removal, & all utilities (internet/wifi, electric/gas, water). I have Fios, so you will have your own cable box.

I have a third of an acre w/a deck in the backyard that you will also have access to; if you desire access to the kitchen on the upper floor because you don’t have your own microwave, fridge or other means to cook, the rent would be an extra hundred per month.

I am a mother of 2 children ages 12 and 7, who are with me 50% of the time (every-other weekend and 1 child with me Mon-Fri alternating). I have 3 cats, 1 dog, and 1 rabbit.
