Mike's room

Have a 1-2 bedrooms available in my house that I would like to rent out. The house is relatively clean and would like to keep it that way. The room is unfurnished but I do have a mattress and foldable table if needed.

I currently live by myself and am out of the house most evenings. I occasionally have people over on the weekends. I am looking for someone who does not smoke, through parties and is responsible. Friends are always welcome just not for an overnight stay unless discussed beforehand.
