Hello, Me my wife & my kid are moving out of the apartment in the month of November or mid of Dec. We have our current lease till Oct 11th 2023. The monthly rent is $2500 excluding utilities. The apartment is spacious with 1 big bedroom and 1bathroom. It has an open kitchen layout with a huge granite slab between kitchen and living room. It also east entry and the South patio and North Face windows, due to which there is plenty of natural light in the apartment throughout the day. The apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer, dryer, A/C, heater among other things in the apartment. The apartment is good to host parents or another couple comfortably.

Pleasanton is more famous for schools where we can replace my kid .Huge neighborhood of Indians & very close by to all Indian grocery,Restaurants,Walmart.So it’s a good deal to get in the current lease. After that, renewing the lease at Monthly basis is also an option, which is better to get new lease with higher rents.

Eaves Pleasanton is a great and safe community and people are very social here.There are lot of Indians in the community both young and old. The are lots of things to do like Basketball, volleyball, dog park, walk. That’s the reason we chose this and will definitely miss living here.
