Short roommate move in! Lease is up in Feb 9th need someone to fill the master bed by Oct 1. If you add your name to the lease you can take over the lease and sign another year and stay. I will be moving out. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in Mesa! Master has its own bathroom. I have a 5 year old dog, Kyzer, she’s very good! Utilities; Cox is around $15-30 each and srp we put $15 each in! Oct 1st-Feb 9th. Remaining of the lease or take over! Oct 1st first months rent

Im very clean and big on cleaning up after myself! Idc what your room looks like :) We’ll share fridge space and pantry space! You’ll need your own utensils and dishes. I have everything furnished in the common area! I have a 5 year old dog Kyzer she’s very nice and very quiet! Timid w new people especially men but she warms up quickly!
