💰total cost to live here $900 plus wifi/utility cost varies from time to time, but now that the weather’s getting nice in AZ, it’s gonna be around $50 each.
also, when moving in, we require $500 REFUNDABLE deposit. Unless you break the window or make a huge damage in the property, we’ll refund your deposit on the day you move out.
