This room comes furnished with a twin size bed and frame, a small writing desk that folds up, One 4 cube organizer, one 2 cube organizer, and a closet organizer

The common areas are shared and come furnished (living areas, kitchen/dining and a wonderful backyard, with a fire pit and propane grill.)

There are 2 adults in the house (1 male, 1 woman) we are in our to late 20’s to 30 ,we are laid back don’t bring the party to the house vibes as we view the house as a place of peace and calm in this world of chaos.

There are 3 cats and 1 dog on this premise So you must be okay with animals.
