Hey everybody, I hope you are all well. I have a room for rent and a very large house that is secluded in the back corner and measures 18 ft by 12 ft with a 5 ft x 5 ft closet.

It is 30 seconds away from the reasor’s on 71st and Sheridan.

I myself am a 29yr old disabled veteran that stays and works from home and goes to school. I’m very flexible and communicative and I’m looking for an individual who is responsible and organized in the same fashion.

You will have your own full bathroom to yourself.

I do have some furniture if you need it. Furnished at extra cost.

Cost includes utilities which has fiber optic internet.

Cannabis friendly because what Yahweh put on this earth was meant for us to utilize as humans. But if you drink copious amounts of devil juice i.e alcohol then sorry I’d rather you look somewhere else.

This is a tranquil house that does not throw ragging parties but instead builds wealth and manages things professionally. I’m not against setting a date and having an event planned out in advance.

We are super cannabis friendly and can assist you in any of your medical growing needs with concerns to education and resources.

There will be a security deposit of half of one month’s rent.

I’m going to require proof of employment.

But I’m also working to be a certified financial professional and will help you budget and manager cash flow. (Bonus of living with me)

If you are professional enough and present quality is that I might be able to trust as an estate manager, there is a possibility for your rent to be diminished or eliminated completely.

I do not have a washer and dryer because the laundromat right up the street has HUGE washer and dryer that lets me knock out like 10 loads in one.
