Hey there! I’m looking for a clean roommate on Staten Island to hopefully move in the first week of December 2022. 

I have a spacious and fully furnished home with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the room we’re currently listing has a double bed, desk, and a double-door closet. The upstairs full bath also has a tub with a shower head and his and hers vanities.

My favorite things about this house are the central air and heat, dishwasher, and washer and dryer set, which makes life so much more convenient.

Lastly, if you drive, we have an assigned spot, so parking is hassle-free. We also have buses that go directly to the city or to the ferry station. The ferry takes 25 mins to get to the city, so transportation takes roughly an hour either way. Once in the city, both the busses and the ferry make stops at Bowling Green, which has  1, 4, 5, R, Q, and W trains.

I work 40 hours a week from home, so a quiet space during work hours is greatly appreciated. I love to cook, watch movies and play music on the weekends. I’m somewhat introverted but I enjoy going out with friends on occasion and spending time with my family. I’m also very big on keeping common spaces like the kitchen, bathroom, and living room clean so everyone can enjoy the spaces comfortably.

 I share this home with my mom, my 10-year-old chihuahua, and our roommate who will be leaving at the end of November. The fact that this is a 2-level home allows everyone to have their own space, and not feel clustered when we’re all home. My mom also comes home only two days out of the week, and I also plan on traveling for the new year, so for the most part, our new roommate will have the space to themself.
