UTILITIES INCLUDED Welcome to my Magnolia Model home! This is a brand new built home in 2022. All brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter top, big backyard, all amenities included. The home is 10min away from Langley Air Force Base, 11min from NASA Research Center, and minutes away from the beach. The bathroom is detached but it will be your own. There is security cameras installed around the house as well as a smart doorbell.

The room is furnished with basic necessities and ready to move in. I can also remove the furnishing if you would prefer your own!

I am in the military and my girlfriend are a friendly couple. I was born in Thailand and moved to the US when I was 5 years old. I joined the military when I finished high school and haven’t left since. Besides work, I love being outdoors, traveling, volunteering, painting, kayaking, and a huge foodie.
