Wade's room

Quiet country living. Home is on a little over two acres, which includes a pond. Home has large country style kitchen, library, laundry/mud room with washer and dryer, and large living room with fireplace. One private bedroom available. Room is furnished with a twin bed, night table, and wardrobe. Decent sized closet. 5G cell service and wifi available. No cable, we use streaming services. The photos of the bedroom only show the wardrobe.

I am a single father. My 14 year old daughter lives in the home, and spends alternate weekends with her mother. The bathroom would be shared between you and my daughter, which is why we are preferring a female roommate. Also open to a single mother with a daughter. One dog and four cats in the home. NO DRUG USE!!
