31st Street

The apartment is the bottom floor of a house, two bedrooms, with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have upstairs neighbors, but the entrances are separated. There’s not a very big yard, but we do have a small patio and porch. There are a couple restaurants and grocery options within walking/biking distance, and we’re extremely close to the 31st and Downing RTD station. There’s also plenty of parking if you have a car.

I’m a 20-year-old college student. I sometimes have friends over but am not interested in partying or large, energetic gatherings. I keep things clean, but I’m not overly particular about tidiness. My current roommate does not plan to renew the lease with me when it’s up at the end of December, so I’m looking for someone who will sign with me for the next year, 2023, starting in the beginning of February. I don’t have any pictures of the room without my current roommate’s furniture, but none of it will come with the room. It’s 10 feet by 12 feet.
